From what I can tell, this is affecting both Android and iPhone users. Did you contact them? What did they say?

I don't have issues with iMessage or FaceTime. It's android device

Nop, I restted the network settings, same issue.
Also, raised issue with chatbot yesterday.

See announcements. In the meantime if this doesn't work, use the chatbot to send a message to PM to fix.
