I have a number on a new sim that I registered about a month ago but uses an email from a much older number that I no longer have and tech support has not been able to get this new number on my email
So I basically now have a number with no account attached to it. How can I get this attached to an email address so I can manage my account
i even had to create this email account just to login to the community and get answers because my other email address keeps wanting to “confirm full access” by texting me at a number I no longer have

@BVD1970 really you have to attach your number to a My Account. Looks like your initial ticket wasn't going well. Please reply the same ticket if you have one already (or open a new one) and ask PM to escalate the issue with engineers. You need to login to your My Account for all account management issue. Let us know how it turns out

yup, the new EverSafe login system could have mistakenly linked your email with the old phone number and account. Please open ticket with support to get this sorted out
