Subscription not activated and can't get past it

I need help to finish my activation. I kept getting stuck on a white screen for a few tries and now I can get to a screen that just tells me my there was an issue completing my activation and to contact support. Well, that's not particularly helpful since I have submitted a ticket and it says it will be a day before I get a reply. Trouble is, I started this process yesterday and need a phone today. I have selected a new phone number, payment has all been processed, and I just can't get service. Any ideas?

Sorry about that. They did send out a message last Friday saying they were experiencing high volumes.  I have seen reports of 72 hours wait time. Just have to continue waiting patiently.

So, what do I do if they don't reply to a message? I have sent a followup after being ghosted by the agent, and still no reply now over an hour later and I really, really need access to my phone plan.
