Hey Community, 

 

We’re currently having some issues with our Monthly Renewal Charge and Auto Top-Ups, causing some customer accounts to mistakenly go into suspend. Our team is working on a fix, all services for impacted accounts are expected to be reinstated by 4pm EST. Check back for more updates. We’ll also update this post when the issue is resolved.

What crazy system does Public Mobile have going whereby people "liking" your complaints earns you "bravos?" Surprise, the more I complain and the more people agree with me means the worse job you're doing. Oh, and STILL NO PHONE SERVICE. If you call it an outage do you have to refund money?

YES! We would like ANY update, too.

 

Soooo... every time ANY provider has an issue you will look for another one? Soon there will be NO providers for you and you will have to start writing letters or use pigeon carrier...

7:30pm.... Still no serivce. When attempting to make outgoing call it just cancels out... very frustrating. 👎☹️🚽

Unfortunately pm has identified an system issue with customers going thru renewal last night. While it was supposed to have been fixed by now there have been no further updates from management.

Has anyone received a response when they have inquired about the service issues today?  Same story here - autopay went through, but now my phone is a brick.

Everyone is still waiting on an update for a resolution as the 4pm stated earlier today has come and gone. They will hopefully have an update soon.

Yes my account is active. Public Mobile says they have a technical issue where auto pay didn't trigger the phone service. My payment was yesterday. They are working on it....

If this happened to me today, I would've switched back to Lucky Mobile, or to the new Lum Mobile carrier.

Like other recent posts... I have autopay, and show that payment has been made as of today: April 1st. Yet I can neither receive nor make a call.  This has been the status all day.

Go to the arrow to the top right of your post and click on that, you will see a dropdown menu the first thing is edit reply. You can click on that and delete the account #

It's likely the common issue many of us are having.  Sadly the last update said they expect to have it fixed 3 hours ago.

They were hoping to fix it by 4pm but it looks like that isn't the case. Hopefully still today.

Yeah to protect yourself you will want to edit that # out. As for the service issue, hopefully they finally resolve this at some point this evening
