It's now 19:33 EST time, where is the update and the fix?

I see that, this is the first time I've ever had this issue and I've been a Public Mobile customer for a long time now

Has anyone received a response when they have inquired about the service issues today?  Same story here - autopay went through, but now my phone is a brick.
