I have the $15 plan but my data had been cut off. It auto paid on Oct 27th. How can I switch to $25 plan and pay the $10 price difference and receive the 750MB extra data ?
I tried rebooting phone. It says I don't have an active long distance ad-on. Happens with ALL numbers even local ones. I am also missing important urgent calls....
Hello I have not been able to dial any toll free numbers like 1866. It keeps telling me I don't have the add-on. I already have the $40 5GB plan. I have needed to make very important calls because this is my only phone and I cannot even use my servic...
Please advise. Looking to either move to public or lucky.
