The problem now is that the koodo stop my service but my public phone number didn't change. And when I called port team, it said there is not porting service for this number.

I think this depends which way of payment you were with koodo: if you were prepaid customer, you definitely need message moderateo; if you were postpaid customer, you can port the number by youself through self-service after you activate the new SIM....
