I have a iPhone7s. Have lots of data left. WIFI works fine, but data is no longer accessible.Have turned phone off and on. Help!
I go to Overview/ then to My Data & Add Ons .. and saw no mention of current data usedwhat happens if this data-used is not displayed? In my son's account this use of data is now visible in this meu. Why?
Where on PM can I see how much data I used?
I have enough funds in my account and need a new plant ( more data) .. I go through the process, no errors show up. and yet in the end, the funds in the account are not used, and I still have no data.
I added 180 to my account. What steps do I take to pay for my plan?
