 Why do I keep getting this CAPTCHA everytime I google something? This seems only to happen when using network data. Not on WiFi.

I have reached my maximum data limit of 50GB. I should have unlimited data at slower speeds but unfortunately PM has cut off my data altogether.Please help.  

I just installed the PM app and I see that it installed Mobile Klink app.How do I remove it. It auto installed and doesn't have an uninstall feature.
