SIM code tries exceeded

My wife exceeded the amount of attempts allowed for her SIM card. She cannot log into the support portal from her phone. What other options does she have in order to get a PUK code?

Yup. they have given me 2 codes. Neither worked. They’ve given me a 3rd - which I have yet to test.

It’s an iPhone purchased directly from Apple.

Public mobile support is telling me that I need to get the PUK code from the phone manufacturer.
