For some reason I cannot make toll free calls. I get a network recording say that my call cannot be completed. 800 and 866 numbers. Anyone else having this issue?

Is anyone else having issues calling toll free numbers? I have been all morning. I am able to reach them with my Fongo account. I'm pretty sure it’s a Telus network issue. Area code is 613

My wife exceeded the amount of attempts allowed for her SIM card. She cannot log into the support portal from her phone. What other options does she have in order to get a PUK code?

Yup. they have given me 2 codes. Neither worked. They’ve given me a 3rd - which I have yet to test.

It’s an iPhone purchased directly from Apple.

Public mobile support is telling me that I need to get the PUK code from the phone manufacturer. 
