Calling Toll Free Numbers from 613

Is anyone else having issues calling toll free numbers? I have been all morning. 

I am able to reach them with my Fongo account. 

I'm pretty sure it’s a Telus network issue. Area code is 613

you'll need to get Customer Support to help as this is a known issue. Start by clicking the orange chat bubble on the lower right side of the page.

yes , it is a common problem, but PM can resolve it

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen       

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:
