Hi everyone,An update, I contacted customer service and they added the promo to my account. Thanks everyone. I have applied for the promo PMDATA10, it shows that it was successfully added, but the extra 10gigs does not show up anywhere on my account....
How long does it usually take to hear back from a CSA? I am trying to unlock my sim card, I have already sent a ticket. It's been a few hours and it's during business hours.
