Hi everyone,
An update, I contacted customer service and they added the promo to my account. Thanks everyone.
I have applied for the promo PMDATA10, it shows that it was successfully added, but the extra 10gigs does not show up anywhere on my account. Will it show up later or as I approach my data limit?

It says that the promo is incompatible with my plan. I have reached out to customer service. Thanks for the information.

It should show up at bottom of the Usage Breakdown page under Promotion.

I tried, however it still only shows the original data amount not the extra 10gigs. I also tried to re-enter the code and it says that it has been applied, but there is nothing to show that it has been.

Login to the PM app and swipe down on the screen to refresh. It will show your current usage/total data.

It shows up right away, did you try to logout and log back in?
