I have the same problem every 15 days.  The regular subscription is renewed with no problem.  When i try and add on the us talk and text....it appears to add it on, and shows 0 balance owing...then it does not add it on, and shows a $15 dollar credit...
Once again ive gone to purchase a $15 us add on, and instead of it being activated, it was was applied as a credit to my account !!!!  I need a us add on !!!  I dont need a $15 credit !!  This keeps happening. and it puts me in a terrible situation.....
Im trying to buy another US talk and text bundle as mine just ran out.  I keep putting it into the cart but it says my purchase is complete however it just shows up as a credit in my account.  When I try to use this credit in my account to buy the $1...
I put a US talk and text add on yesterday and now today that I amin the States only the text works, NO TALK.  Now I try to get an agent and there is always a problem submitting the ticket!  Thanks alot publicmobile
i recently went to the usa, and added talk and text and then data...i think it was around $35 or so for the add ons for 15 days.....I could not text or call anyone while i was there for 4 days.... in fact the only phone i could text and call wAS  ano...
