3 weeks and counting and no SIM card. I'm also getting 404 errors when trying to create a support ticket. At this point I'd just like to wash my hands of Public Mobile. Is there anyway to get refund on my initial payment?
Just switched to Public today. My 4G speed (120Mbps) is faster than with 5G (98Mbps)Also not receiving verification texts during sign in. Only works with email.
I received the SIM in the mail today, 23 days after placing the order. My advice going forward is order the SIM from Amazon. Same price, 2 day shipping and tracking information.Thanks to all that replied!
The signal strength is bad at my location (10 minutes from downtown Winnipeg). Come to think about it l had a Telus plan about 6 years ago and had the same issue. I'll run with this plan for now and likely switch back to Roger's at some point. Covera...
