Hi, I thought I had 5g. I upgrade to the special then found out I didn't have 5g. So I went and changed it to 4 g. Now I have paid for 2 plans. Can you tell me how I get reimbursed? Thanks so muchJackie

Hi sorry about that. It is an UMIDIGI_A9 PRO_R_V1.0_20220111I have had no luck. There is a Telus name in there but I can't make it stay so I was going to copy the information for a new APN
