The cs agent asked me to reply via private message and I can’t find anywhere to respond to him via private message… I’ve never felt so helpless and  frustrated 
since the switch to this app I’ve been unable to make or receive txts or calls I’ve been locked out of my account for 3 days so any ticket I submitted has been closed and now I can’t submit a ticket it keeps saying error xxx has anyone had/have this ...
Also can’t open a ticket cause I can’t log into my account
