We live in N3T. We both have PM, different phones but same poor coverage, no more than 1 bar. We apparently have 3 towers near us and no Telus outage report. Does anyone else have same issue in our area?

Contact support. I did get the QR code but no QR reader I tried would work. Not sure why they are promoting it when it seems buggy.But first ensure your phone is compatible.
The end result of all this, posts, replies, qudos, etc. Is that PM's software for E Sims sucks. No one should have to wait, wait, wait for software to work. And no one should bother trying to use it until it's fixed.
