Ports can take anywhere from 30 minutes up to 3 hours to fully go through. Just give it a little bit more time if it doesn’t work after 3 hours contact @CS_Agent

I’m on disability and we get our payments on the last day of the month I signed up on the 30th so the autopay won’t go through. I will reactivate autopay on the 31st. Thanks for the help!
