Yes possible with a workaround - just switch to another provider temporarily and then switch back tp PM and effectively you will then be a "new" user with eSIM option.

Thanks. The resend code option worked on email  The autopay was removed but the current month already started today as she forgot that it is a 30 day cycle. Nevertheless next month she can save. Hope PM wont release the number until 90 days are over...

You have two options:Wait till PM starts supporting eSIM for exiting users - should not be too long. My guess is within 3 months.Switch to another provider and then switch back to PM as a new user and get eSIM while activating. But you will lose all ...
