@MR013- Since this is a public forum, you should remove your phone number from your post. Also, it would probably be best to start your own (separate) topic. That way your issue would get the attention it needs.
@Jadehonce- if you want to keep your number, sign up with another provider and port/transfer your number to that provider. Since PM is prepaid, there will be no refund for unused days.
