Hi,
I just signed up, I can’t reach any human to speak to at this company. I transferred my number and now can’t make or receive calls from my number. I’ve restarted my phone. But still nothing. What do I do?

Hi @Jadehonce, Are you able to see if your phone is connected to the Public Mobile Network? Did you receive any error messages on top of your screen such as your Sim is not provisioned? No Sim? etc.
Since you cannot make outgoing calls as though, this is probably not just a porting issue but it could be be related to the sim provisioning. I suggest opening a ticket with customer service and they should be able to easily fix it for you.

Did you receive & reply to the confirmation text from your previous provider (to allow your number to be transferred to PM)?
