I just signed up but don’t like that I can’t speak to a human, and want to cancel my account. What’s the steps to do this. 

Hi, I just signed up, I can’t reach any human to speak to at this company. I transferred my number and now can’t make or receive calls from my number. I’ve restarted my phone. But still nothing. What do I do?
