I just signed up but don’t like that I can’t speak to a human, and want to cancel my account. What’s the steps to do this.

if you really don't want to stay with Public Mobile and you no longer need the number, you will have to disable Autopay so PM won't continue charging you
Just login My Account -> Payment -> Manage Subscription and then toggle off "Subscribed" to disable autopay

as you've already paid and there's no refunds...why not activate your new account and test drive Public Mobile for at least 30 days. If you still wanna cancel, port out to new network and your Public Mobile account will deactivate automatically.

@Jadehonce- if you want to keep your number, sign up with another provider and port/transfer your number to that provider. Since PM is prepaid, there will be no refund for unused days.
