Switched from legacy rewards to new points system, but haven't received any new points from November and December payments. Should I start a ticket, or is there a CS person here? Merci 
Just switched from $35 20gig 4G, and switched to Point Rewards, which should give me almost 2 months free from next bill. 
First call call today connected me to an  a going conversation with a service rep and another customer, but they couldn't hear me.. Subsequent calls  prompted a text message to my t, telling me I could pay at myaccount, but there is nowhere to input ...
Do vouchers still work? About to make a payment, but *611 not working.
