can some one tell me about the referrals like if someone has referrals for example 135 referrals will those referrals still help wipe out someone`s total 40 dollar plan payment and what happens to the remaining amount of referrals that are not used...

so technically the old legacy reward system has been stopped since 2022 (spring time i heard is that correct ) ? like whoever enrolls with public from that day onwards will not even get that rewards option ? could you clarify a bit thank you
