I have a new account and plan paid for. SIM is installed and linked. The Public Mobile app has been installed. After the login credentials are entered goes to a blank white screen forever. SIM card was ordered from Amazon.

I currently have a 3GB@3G plan with some rewards. The plan before rewards is $35/month. There is a promo subscription plan for 20GB@4G for $39/month. If I choose the new plan will my rewards still apply? I guess I'm just not sure what a "Subscription...

I have messaged them. I know the phone will work as I did my wife's a couple of weeks ago. I think it is just that the app doesn't like the old phone.

Does not work. I did this on another phone a couple of weeks ago (same model phone) and the problem had to be sorted from your end. Don't know what they did but whatever it was caused the phone to be registered on the network.

If I understand correctly the Public Mobile SIM can connect to either T-Mobile or AT&T ? The phone will just connect to the strongest signal or? Maybe you have to manually connect?
