Public Mobile app won't run on phone.

I have a new account and plan paid for. SIM is installed and linked. The Public Mobile app has been installed. After the login credentials are entered goes to a blank white  screen forever. SIM card was ordered from Amazon.

hi@kremie 

i think OP was using the PM app and unable to use it to complete the activation.  I am not sure ad-blocker has any effect on PM app.

Make sure you turn off any adblockers on your phone's browser or deactivate those with built in ad blocking. I encountered this issue as well when ad blockers were turned on.

If this is the case, all you have to do then is log out of the app on your wife's phone, sign up through her phone but make sure the SIM card you plan on using will be in her phone for the set up. Once it's set up and you can make and take calls, data works along with text messages, then turn off both phones, insert your SIM card into your phone and turn it back on. It should work from there. Worse case, you can always go into your network settings and reset them and reboot. I bet you can do all that before they contact you back.

I have messaged them. I know the phone will work as I did my wife's a couple of weeks ago. I think it is just that the app doesn't like the old phone. 

Samsung A5 is a bit old, but if you can install the app, it should work

but since it is not working, you need PM support agent to help. Please message them

Please click on the arrow down in your comment and remove the SIM card number. These are not private forums and hackers can use that information in bad ways.

Does not work. I did this on another phone a couple of weeks ago (same model phone) and the problem had to be sorted from your end. Don't know what they did but whatever it was caused the phone to be registered on the network.

@Sunstorm  Maybe try u installing the app and reinstall it and try again see if that helps
