I've noticed that many streaming services repeatedly pause for a few seconds but sometimes more than a minute.This happens when I have a strong signal. Examples.Playing news audio.Playing me Snapchat video. How can I figure out what is wrong?

I can call out but my phone doesn't take an imcoming call. It just goes to voice mail.Please help.

I cannot make a local call. Says I need an addon..

It says I need a long distance plan when I try to call locally. "sorry we cannot complete your call. you don't have an active long distance addon..." I believe my plan has Ontario calling and is paid up and should be fully active.

How do add talk/text in the middle of 90 plan cycle?

When trying to add talk and text to my 90 day (18gb total) 3G data plan, it asks for the full $156 from my credit card. I pressed the change plan now button. I was hoping it would only need the difference from the $136 I just paid about 2 weeks ago. ...
