Still can't login

I am still having issues getting into my account.  Error message below.  I have cleared my browser data and cache.  help !

I can't login. This cell service no longer works for me. Slow. no help. can't load web pages.

Correct, service is not restored. Very bad for PM image 😭

ok thanks.  I will wait it out.  I wanted to check if my plan switched worked, i have time until my next renewal

@adsnstufff There isn't much you can do, it appears that it is down for some reason. What do you need to do? You can contact a customer service rep for help:

 

1. At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"

 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

 

In either case you should receive a reply within 48 hours though they are typically much faster. Keep an eye on the envelope icon top right for replies.
