About a month ago I purchased a pre owned phone from PM. No sim included
when it arrived. Talked to CS. 2 different agents promised a new sim
would be sent. Waited 5-10 business days, no sim arrived. Forum says

Like the title says my pre owned phone just arrived, but no sim cards
were included. Was supposed to receive 2. (one with the phone, and one
bonus). Sent in a ticket, but when I click 'view a copy of my ticket'
nothing is there.
Exact same thing happened to me. I filed a ticket, and contacted
