Hi, how can I redeem the public points for my bill? thank you for your kind support

I am on a $15.00 plan and I have had a 2$ for Loyalty reward and a 2$ for Autopay reward without suspension. However, the rewards were not applied to the bill of Dec 25, 2022. I do not understand why there was a such change. Please help me to explain...
