Activated my sim 4 days back still no signal

Hi @I have activated my new sim4 days back and still i amnot seeing any signals. Also, i am not able to login to account as its says no user exist. I have already created the account during sim activation. Could you please help on this

@hairbag1 I had to raise a ticket with the agent, sim number was activated but plan was still in draft status because of some technical issues,
