Hello Everyone, I upgraded my plan last night and my credit card was charged right away. It said the upgraded plan would be effective immediately. But my account is still showing my old plan.  As of this morning I am unable to sign in to my account. ...
Where can I view my monthly bills? Nothing has changed. We still have discounts for refer-a-friend and the discount for autopay. But my bill has gone up by almost $5. Nothing has changed. Can someone please help me figure this out?
