Cannot sign into My Account

When I attempted to sign into My Account today, I get an error message (repeatedly). I have tried accessing using different browsers. Its not a username or PW problem as I cannot even get that far! 

Anyone else having this problem?Thanks

Seems the recent sign-in problem has resolved. My browser (Firefox) sent a cryptic "unauthorized" message. This was a PM server issue, not a local browser cache or otherwise. Best advise was to wait an hour and try again. Thanks PM for quick resolution.

I just using laptop in Google Chrome browser incognito mode login, no problem at all.

I just logged in from a Samsung device and was able to get into my account.

It is a major outage and PM self-serve and reward portal have been down for a long while.

This is Not cache nor browser issue. It looks like PM has site issues:

This time I don't think it is a cache problem.  The self serve is down for the count.  Let' hope it comes back soon.

Since PM website has caches issue, so clear caches , cookies then using computer and private or incognito mode browser to login. For some mysteriously reasons, mobile device some times hard to login, so don't use mobile device to login.

If still keep saying your email and password was wrong, then open a ticket with PM customer service for help.
