Hi there, I’m looking to change my plan to a 4g one and I understand all my old add ons etc will stay the same, however when I type in the new promo code on the checkout page ‘4GPLANBONUS’ it says it’s invalid. Any one else have this trouble? Thanks!

Connection seems to be better while at home. Away from home is worse. I’ll test my sim in my husbands phone over the weekend when we’re off. Will update with any feedback! Thank you!
