I find that I frequently need to clear cookies on self serve. There is some glitch with how these are stored and I'm using safari on iPhone.

This is interesting how it happened to me too this morning. I had no service no matter what I did and had a ticket opened with the network team by the mods. Now all is fixed. I'm a new PM customer a few days ago with a new phone number.
