Last cruise I went on we had two public SIMs, both could send and receive texts as well as make phone calls for free. Pretty sure it was a bug......this was in Dec 2017.

I am using a iPhone 6 Plus on Public and can confirm that as of today in Kelowna BC name display is working when receiving calls from Shaw landline numbers and Shaw Corporate numbers.Unsure about others.

Yes I purchased a US Roaming Add on that was working perfectly everywhere else I was except for Williston and eastern montana.It appears Telus applies a different roaming profile to public mobile customers than it does for Telus postpaid customers.
