Koodo Prepaid Ports

Hi,

 

I've activated two Public Mobile SIMs for my kids, one last night and one on Friday.  Obviously I'm unable to port either number through the automated process as they are Koodo Prepaid numbers so I have sent a PM to the Moderator_Team and have received no replies and neither numbers have been ported yet.

 

How long does this usually take?  Both prepaid numbers have now had their base plans expire and I really don't feel like throwing $30 to the wind just because PM has a system limitation and is slow to complete the ports......

I did receive a reply to one of my requests but despite the information being very clearly laid out it was not understood.
