If I switch to 4G plan will I lose my data on the 3G plan that I have accumulated over past 3 years?

I helped a friend switch carrier today from Virgin to PM. Plan was the $25 plan. All worked fine, except she cannot receive a phone call. Any suggestions??

Hi, So,,,presently I pay for 3 GB at $35 per month, and I have 4 GB bonus, with no expiry date, from my years with PM. Are you saying the 4GB bonus at 3G goes to 4GB also if I switch to a 4 GB plan?
