Good afternoon all. My wife wants to switch to public mobile. The guy at the store said PM was not taking on new accounts. I see you can still purchase SIM cards online. If I buy ne, is she ok to set up a new account. Thanks in advance. 
Good morning all. Is anyone else having an issue with the new portal page? I keep getting a”page not found”. 
This is the second time this year I have had my account “expire”. I have been set up for auto pay from the start and there is no problem with funds. The last time it happened, I got charged twice when I renewed. I have been understanding up until now...
For some reason my texts (iPhone) to a long distance number (android) are not getting through. Any help would be appreciated. 
I’m currently on auto pay and my account needs to be “reactivated”. My payment came out on Jan 17th. No funds does not apply to me. Any help would be appreciated.
