IMO, this PM'ing the mods or tagging the mods thing is too disorganized
to get customer service going forward. There is already the Get Help -->
Contact Us for requesting help. I'm curious, why not have all of the
customer service requests go through...
I set my wife up on Public Mobile and it is working well for her.
However, I've noticed that the max download speeds are more limited than
I was expecting. They're decent and more than sufficient for her, but
still, not quite what I might have expect...

I could not activate with Amex but registering with Amex for Autopay
after activation worked fine. Hopefully the first autopayment works, but
I won't know about that until February.It's too bad that Public Mobile
doesn't show up as a recurring paymen...
BTW, I wish there was a decent pre-paid plan available when I stuck my
mother-in-law on Fido post-paid, but there wasn't. She used to travel a
lot, especially overseas, and we specifically told her not to use her
phone like she would in Canada becaus...
