After 6 days I finally got a reply from the email support team about my inability to port my Koodo number via self serve that said:  "We tried to do the port of your Koodo number but I was not successful. In fact, you can only do so once per 30 days....
I set up my PM account with the same email address that I use for Koodo prepaid, which apparently is a big no-no for some reason.... (it's silly that it causes problems using the same email, but i dont think we're allowed to say that here)Im assming ...
