Hi.  I’m trying as an existing customer to change my plan to the cyber Monday promotion-$35/20G . Is this possible? Thx for any help. 
Just switched to public mobile yesterday with new SIM card. Still have no service almost a day later. How long should I have to wait until I have service? My plan says ‘active’ so I’m not sure if there is anything else I should do.
