Just switched to public mobile yesterday with new SIM card. Still have no service almost a day later. How long should I have to wait until I have service? My plan says ‘active’ so I’m not sure if there is anything else I should do.
I am also having issues as are you. I suggest opening upa support ticket so that you can still qualify should this problem go past the expiry date of tonight.
I tried to go thru the steps on the change plans page but the cyber Monday plan isn’t an option there- on the plans where it’s offered- it won’t accept my email. Not sure where to go from here . Thx
