Account suspended again after us roaming lapsed

Hi,I'm still in my 3 months plan and my 10 day us roaming lapsed today. Seemed to have been suspended after I tried to purchase another 10 day via 611. Now it asks me to repurchase another 3 months to reactivate when I go online.
