My suggestion is :- if there is new plan added to Public Moblie shop, can Public sent all the user a message about it because sometimes some user like my self doesn't check ,

Good idea, but remember that they also send sms messages to your phone every now and then with offers.

It’s better for you to check the Manage Subscription tab in YOUR account rather than checking the generic Shop page. There will be plans on the generic Shop page that you will not be allowed to choose because they are only for new subscribers whereas the plans shown in your Manage Subscription > Change Subscription can sometimes be better. For example, in my account, I can see a $30 Canada-US 20GB 4G plan which is not available on the Shop page.

Subscription plans within the app are often targeted towards the user and sometimes offer better deals than what is shown for everyone on the website
My previous $27/20GB LTE plan was better than the website $25/6GB plan — and my current $29/20 GB 5G plan has double the data than the $29/10GB one advertised two months ago

I'm agreeing with you, they should mix match with data and pricing from time to time and it will give them an edging competition with other providers, Thanks for your input

good thought. I'd suggest you get in the habit of checking the Public Mobile web site from time to time to stay in touch with current plans.

@Ggk it would be nice but I would like it even more if Public Mobile went back to how they used to allow customers to downgrade to cheaper plans if they found they were not getting the best value with more expensive plans that were not coming close to using the data available. For the last 3 months I've been stuck with only 4 plans and they are all more expensive than what I currently have.
