I have no wifi or internet my boll automatically comes out if my account and it is always paid

Make sure your internet is turned on and your mobile network is set to Public Mobile. Reset you network or restart you phone.

WiFi has nothing to do with PM service.
Internet through DATA is different story as PM provides that if you have enough data. How about other services? SMS/calls?

@Brenda-56 Do you mean your cellular data is not working, or do you really mean wifi (which is not provided by Public Mobile)? Are voice calls and texting still working?
