I just received a bill from Telus with my former number?

Since you say former number does that mean you got a new number when you joined pm? If so you would need to contact telus to cancel your old plan. PM will only cancel your old plan when you port your old number out of telus to pm. If you didn't do this your old plan would remain active and you will continue to get billed.

You will have to contact Telus with regards to the invoice with your former number. Contact Telus CS 1 (866) 771-9666.

your number now with PM? you tried to port in from Telus? Look like the porting was not completed and hence the number still with Telus
you can try to see if you receive incoming calls on your PM sim
you can call porting assistance team to confirm the porting status, you can call them and confirm the porting status. I can't post the number here, but I will send the number to your community inbox
