you know this is not true.
Most of the active members here are doing it for the love of helping others. Like you, you have been an active member in this community for a looooong time
Additionally, the forum is undoubtedly a crucial component of the PM support model. Members have helped resolving at least 40% of the issue, saved people from opening ticket with PM.
It is true that some issues are account related and Community members cannot resolve them. But the response from Community members still helped those who need to open tickets to understand what the issue was and what need to send to PM support to open proper tickets. Their effort helped to cut out countless of back and forth replies between support and customers.
So, don't underestimate yourself, you made a difference. You are definitely not here for the rewards
