There has never been anything called an oracle rewards program.  Nothing has changed, nor has anything been decommissioned.. The $20 is a community reward for the oracles and is still the current amount.

but honest, Oracles have quite a lot to do.   I cannot imagine have to read all the posts and replies here all the time.  And people give them hard time too LoL
